9. ⚖️ Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms, and any disputes arising out of or relating to your use of this website or any purchase made through it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

- If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed mutually by the parties. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Pune, Maharashtra, and the language of arbitration shall be English.
- Subject to the above, the courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters not resolved through arbitration or any proceedings ancillary to the arbitration (such as interim relief).
